EULANT camping tent consists of an inner and an outer tent. The inner tent features a 360 degree view with 4 large screen windows and 2 fully open doors. Great ventilation. It is a wonderful experience to sleep in the inner tent on a summery cool night.
→ EULANT waterproof hexagonal tents are made of 210D Oxford fabric with high water-resistant level and can withstand 4000 hydraulic pressure. The lining of the outer tent is coated with sun protection vinyl, which makes the outer tent much waterproof and sun resistant. This makes it perfect for outdoor camping even on weather days.
→ Rods made of stainless steel thickening and robust hexagonal tents: all support poles are made of thick stainless steel (20 mm), compared to the fibreglass poles of other tents, our stainless steel poles are thicker, stronger and more durable. Along with the sturdy hexagon shape, the EULANT hexagon tents are strong and durable, enough to withstand wind/anti-rain. Combined with EULANT hexagon mat, it will be a great gift for your families.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
